D development and communication, making use of the Scientific Direction of Prof. Fernando Tateo (Full Professor of Food Science and Technology &#8211; Di.SAA &#8211; UniMi) and the owner of the Analytical Project Prof. Monica Bononi (Associate of Chemical Analysis of Food &#8211;
