The Scientific Committee has an advisory function on production and analytical activities, R & D development and communication, making use of the Scientific Direction of Prof. Fernando Tateo (Full Professor of Food Science and Technology – Di.SAA – UniMi) and the owner of the Analytical Project Prof. Monica Bononi (Associate of Chemical Analysis of Food – Di.SAA – UniMi).<\/p>\n
