This section reports the results of advanced analytical and technological experiments, carried out in cooperation between the Analytical and Technological Research Laboratories on Food and Environment (UniMi) and the Brazzale Science Center which may also be the subject of publications for eminently scientific purposes or which may be a prelude to the editing for other means of dissemination (study congresses, themed conferences, communication to organizations, scientific magazines, etc.)
